Making seed balls is very time consuming hence, a personnel of Elecon Peripherals Limited - A unit of Eleocn Group Of Companies took on the challenge and a blueprint was laid out & the final prototype was ready in just two weeks. However, this machine will be available to produce seed balls at the cost of just Rs. 25,000.

Here is the Saga made of great vision and sheer determination. Soon after India’s independence, Elecon starting making it's presence felt in industrial scenario in most productive and enriching manner. This process has its root as far back as 1951.

A small beginning, that was destined to have a glorious present and spectacular future was made in 1951 in Bombay by a dynamic visionary late Shri Ishwarbhai B Patel. A small firm indigenously manufacturing conveying equipments started spreading its wings in the area so far unexplored, resulting in valuable savings in foreign exchange outflow. With obvious increase in business operations, it was converted into a Private Limited Company on 11th January 1960.

On formation of a separate Gujarat State in May 1960, with a view to contribute towards the development of home-land Gujarat, Elecon shifted its base to Vallabh Vidaynagar, and became a Public Limited Company soon after.

Madhubhan Organic Farm is a wholly-owned offshoot of Madhubhan Resort and Spa. With a vision of serving healthy, organic, rich and chemical-free food in our premises, Madhubhan Organic Farms came into existence in 2016. Located behind the resort, Madhubhan Organic Farms grows and sources 100 per cent locally grown produce for our kitchens.

Spread over eleven acres of land Madhubhan Organic Farm has adopted the most advanced biodynamic agricultural techniques and grows a host of exotic and local vegetables for Madhubhan kitchens.

The practice of growing organic food is on the rise and is considered healthy for maintaining a sustainable ecosystem and for a balance in the biosphere. Conventional agro practices amalgamated with modern day scientific innovations must be adopted and approached holistically, for the common good of all.

EPL was established in 1998 having Joint Venture with Ringspann GMBH, before August 2011, known as Ringpsann Elecon (India) Ltd. Presently EPL is a private company under the section 21 of company act 1956.

In 1998, Join Venture of Ringspann & Elecon manufactures of various types of industrial freewheel clutches and components for quality conscious clients. Holdback, Over Running Clutch, Shrink Disc, Locking Assembly, Jaw Clutch, Thruster, Thruster Brakes are main product of Elecon Peripherals Ltd.

EPL also manufactures jigs, fixture & necessary tooling item for Elecon group of company. Since June 2014, EPL has started to manufacture Forced Lubrication System. From September 2015 EPL has started manufacturing of Electrical Control Panels, which as previously manufacture by Eimco Elecon Electricals Ltd.
